"The AET code for Aetna is listed among standard Marriott corporate codes. Most hotel PMS systems automatically flag reservations whose discount exceeds a specified threshold for manual ID verification. For healthcare sector codes like Aetna, full-service and luxury brands like Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, and St. Regis have dedicated Rate Integrity teams. Aetna's code is considered moderate risk — not in the high-profile consulting tier that triggers most scrutiny."

"I wouldn’t mind that at all. Credit Card companies have super weak security and it’s very easy to defraud them - they just pay our money back, and counts that as losses so we’ll sure up about it and keep using the cards What I mind is that the mobile check-in is basically a lie. Marriott is deceiving me. Random hypothetical people that might or might not stole my credit card are not. Hilton works just fine btw"

"I mean, it depends on the size of the hotel. Having one person on night shift for a Fairfield isn’t uncommon. The better hotels have more people working at front desk even at night simply due to the size and brand. I’d however say though, if the property has been notified of the guest’s check in time in advance, and part of deal of getting into night shift is to check people in at unusual hours like that, then it certainly does not sound right to me that the front desk agent cannot have the meal earlier or later out of that many hours of the shift."
