Meta's standard corporate ID is a photo badge with company logo — easily recognizable by hotel staff in Silicon Valley. Hotels farther from Meta's campus presence: minimal verification. Post-2022, Bay Area Marriott full-service properties (W Hotel SF, San Jose Marriott) have increased scrutiny of tech company codes."

"I mean, it depends on the size of the hotel. Having one person on night shift for a Fairfield isn’t uncommon. The better hotels have more people working at front desk even at night simply due to the size and brand. I’d however say though, if the property has been notified of the guest’s check in time in advance, and part of deal of getting into night shift is to check people in at unusual hours like that, then it certainly does not sound right to me that the front desk agent cannot have the meal earlier or later out of that many hours of the shift."

"I had to change my email to my personal email account. My IT sucks, I have had so many joe.smith1 to joe.smith9 at my corporate name dot Com. Why I like to get my folio in person and on my email. Miss a receipt and your expense report gets rejected. Only been asked once for corporate proff, but I am nice to the staff and explain what's going on before they get a chance to ask. IT still has not figured out how to link everything to Concur for hotels. And it's a huge company"
