Now at most of these places our company has deeply discounted rates that can be 50% off the BRG and may have last room guarantee too. For example, I have been asked at the Hilton KL, IC Strings Tokyo, IC Jakarta, IC Frankfurt, IC GS Hong Kong, CP Zurich to name just a few. From friends experiences the GH Singapore is also known to ask for proof if some of the quite low negotiated rates are used. Now usually, I was asked once and then it was done and only twice at the Hilton KL, but not all the time on every stay."
