"We have a personal travel option in Concur and can also use the corporate travel agency for personal travel. Rates usually match between Concur and booking direct with the code but vary from time to time. The PH Sydney dates I looked at were $1,200 (BAR), $700 (corp code), $500 (Concur)."

"We just have to book under our corporate rate in Concur regardless of rate. Example in Columbus, OH our 2 preferred properties are Hilton downtown and Hilton Polaris those rooms can be $400+ a night. If I book at the Hyatt House at $199-$225 also part of our general corporate rate off BAR it will tell me I’m out of compliance for not booking our preferred hotels even though they are more. I override this all the time but that’s how it works."
