Park Hyatt Sydney reportedly liaised directly with the company travel desk — one guest who resigned had their upcoming booking cancelled because they were no longer authorised to use the rate. Hyatt is noted as quite strict about checking identification, especially in Asia and Europe."

Came back with the standard and expected answer quoting the T&C and needing to work for the company and provide company ID upon checkin. but they also contacted the hotel to see what can be done. Will be interesting to see what they come back with…"

"I have a reservation in DC this weekend (11/14) and the LTO110 code showed up for it when I rechecked availability/rates. A call to GP customer service verified the rate and dropped the price 10% below what I'd previously booked. It does require a bit of clicking about on the site, but it's there. Under 'reservations', hit 'specials & packages', then the 'hyatt special offers' tab. The link to the LTO110 rate is the fourth one down."
