"Motorola's IHG code (128554) covers Motorola Solutions (enterprise communications) and/or Motorola Mobility (consumer devices, now part of Lenovo). IHG enforcement is tier-based. Motorola Solutions HQ is in Chicago IL — IHG InterContinental Chicago is a premium property that enforces corporate codes more strictly. FlyerTalk's IHG Rate Codes thread general warning applies: "They do often ask for ID at full-service properties." Holiday Inn Express: minimal enforcement."

"FedEx Supply Chain Services (100172336) and FedEx Trade Networks (970001266) are IHG codes for FedEx supply chain and trade services divisions. The same FedEx IHG enforcement pattern applies: tier-dependent verification at IHG properties. FedEx Supply Chain has major facilities in Memphis, Pittsburgh, and across the US Southeast — IHG Holiday Inn properties near those facilities are familiar with FedEx employee badges. FedEx Trade Networks focuses on international freight logistics; international IHG InterContinental properties carry higher verification risk."

"FedEx has multiple IHG codes covering different business units (FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, FedEx Supply Chain). FlyerTalk's dedicated FedEx hotel rate thread notes: "FedEx reportedly monitors hotel usage volume — inflated usage could affect their contract negotiations." IHG enforcement follows brand-tier pattern: InterContinental/Kimpton properties may request ID; Holiday Inn Express essentially never checks. FedEx employee IDs are standard-issue company badges and well-recognized. One user warned of being charged rack rate after failing to produce credentials at a Crowne Plaza."
