I've booked King rooms and they'll assign me a double or a queen. The first rep will tell me they're fully booked and there's nothing they can do. But once transferred to a manager, King rooms magically appear!"

Personally im lazy and also don’t care that much to start a confrontation so I only verify govt rates and employee rates, but yes it is being enforced more harshly. Corporate rates I guess are easy to find online and thus abused. Again, I don’t care that much because they’re still pricey anyway !!"
