"We just have to book under our corporate rate in Concur regardless of rate. Example in Columbus, OH our 2 preferred properties are Hilton downtown and Hilton Polaris those rooms can be $400+ a night. If I book at the Hyatt House at $199-$225 also part of our general corporate rate off BAR it will tell me I’m out of compliance for not booking our preferred hotels even though they are more.
