"We just have to book under our corporate rate in Concur regardless of rate. Example in Columbus, OH our 2 preferred properties are Hilton downtown and Hilton Polaris those rooms can be $400+ a night. If I book at the Hyatt House at $199-$225 also part of our general corporate rate off BAR it will tell me I’m out of compliance for not booking our preferred hotels even though they are more. I override this all the time but that’s how it works."

"Just FYI, the Hyatt Regency Kiev does require Corporate ID upon check-in. My corporate rate is 220 EUR instead of 410 per night and they were quite insistent on getting the corporate ID. Good thing I had it with me."
